This Privacy Policy explains how Lifecycle Marketing Rocket (“LMR,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors to lifecyclemarketingrocket.com and related subdomains (“the Site”).

Contact information — When you email us at hey@lmr.studio or use a mailto link, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Portfolio access requests — If you request access to our gated case studies, we may retain your email address and the fact of your request to manage access.

Analytics data — We use Google Analytics 4 (Google’s privacy policy) to understand how visitors use the Site. Server logs — Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, request timestamp, requested URL). These are retained for operational security and troubleshooting, and are deleted within 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To respond to inquiries — We use your email address and message content to reply to questions, project inquiries, and portfolio access requests.
To improve the Site — Aggregated analytics help us understand which content is useful and how visitors navigate the Site.
To protect the Site — Server logs and security monitoring help us detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and denial-of-service attacks.
To comply with legal obligations — We may process information where required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

9. Global Privacy Control & Geographic Targeting

Our Site respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where technically feasible. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of analytics cookies regardless of location. We may also honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

The cookie consent banner is displayed only to visitors located outside the United States, where laws such as the GDPR require affirmative consent before non-essential cookies are set. Visitors located in the United States have analytics enabled by default and may decline at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. Location is determined using your IP address (via a third-party geolocation service) at the moment you first visit; this lookup does not store your IP address and is not linked to any other data we collect.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, and access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
